The comedy show producers and Holiday Inn are of the expectation that each attendee to their comedy events is following the prescribed preventive measures for health and safety regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. The comedy show producers and Holiday Inn cannot guarantee that attendees will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending this comedy event could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
By clicking here, I hereby acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I and my party as attendees may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. On my behalf, and on behalf of my party, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the comedy show producers and Holiday Inn, its owners, partners, its employees, agents, and representatives individually and jointly, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the comedy show producers and Holiday Inn, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any comedy show producers and the comedy event.
